Peter is a Director of Avenor and has over 30 years of commercial, residential and industrial property development experience. Peter has held project and development management positions with some of Australia’s largest and most successful development and construction firms, including Leighton Properties, Kumagai (Aust), Leighton Contractors, East Asia Property Group, CRI Australia and Abacus Funds Management.
James leads the acquisition and delivery of commercial, residential and mixed-use developments. He recently delivered CIMIC Group’s hugely successful $413 million 177 Pacific Highway office project in North Sydney from inception to completion. James has led major commercial, residential and mixed-use project bids with Leighton Properties and Avenor and was a core member of Investec Bank’s structured real estate finance team.
Stephen has over 40 years of commercial property development experience in both Australia and the United Kingdom. Over 21 years with Leighton Properties, Stephen’s projects included 80 Pacific Highway and 100 Pacific Highway in North Sydney, 486 and 472 Pacific Highway, St Leonards, 56 Delhi Road, North Ryde, 101 George Street, 25 Smith Street and Eclipse Tower, Parramatta, the 65,000sqm King’s Square project in Perth as well as involvement with projects in Melbourne and Brisbane.
Nathan leads Avenor’s Queensland operation with a long history of commercial, residential and retail projects. Nathan has delivered over $560 million worth of developments in Fortitude Valley, served as a director of the Valley Chamber of Commerce, and with Leighton Properties, acquired, pre-sold and delivered the Boggo Road Urban Village in Dutton Park, a 6.5 hectare mixed-use precinct to comprise 540 apartments, commercial buildings, a cultural precinct and public open space.
Andrew brings over 20 years’ industry experience from multinational investment, development and advisory firms - leading transformative projects valued in excess of $1.4 billion. He has worked across many sectors, including commercial, retail, hospitality, health, pharmaceutical, education and residential. Andrew provides expertise in project due diligence, planning, procurement and delivery to consistently meet and exceed expectations. He is well-known for providing the guidance and project management required to create, maintain and lead collaborative teams.
Joseph’s development experience spans the eastern seaboard, as well as Western Australia and spans complex and mixed-use urban renewal projects. He has a sound understanding of the full project lifecycle but specialises in acquisitions, project initiation, design development and management, stakeholder and authority management, project marketing and procurement and delivery management. Key projects include White Bay Power Station, Glebe Island and Rozelle Bay, Midland Medical School and Curtin University Bus Interchange.
As Development Manager, Greg garnered his property experience in acquisition, development, investment, finance and advisory at CityState Property, Legacy Property and Dunnet Properties as well as being involved in development advisory services for institutional and private clients including NAB, Investec, Bankwest and Taylor Woodings. His property portfolio includes Montrose, North Sydney; Capital Bondi Junction; Greenway Living Estate, Colebee; Crowle Estate, Meadowbank; 221 Miller Street, North Sydney; Oxley, Crows Nest and the Crowle Estate in Meadowbank.
