Macquarie Bank, Martin Place

Macquarie Bank appointed Avenor to assist with the initiation of its Martin Place Metro Integrated Station Development. Avenor provided advisory services on the project that will realise two new commercial office towers, a new retail, dining and lifestyle hub and the integrated Martin Place Metro Station.

St Leonards South

Avenor coordinated the site acquisition of a major 400-unit project on behalf of Top Spring International.

White Bay Innovation Precinct

Avenor coordinated a major tender for the $2 billion redevelopment of the White Bay Power Station site in inner Sydney. Avenor, leading a specialised consultant team, undertook a major feasibility, design and masterplan study for the precinct that included 280,000sqm of mixed-use property comprising 150,000sqm of commercial office space, two hotels, adaptive re-use of major heritage assets and integration of a number of public transport nodes.

The Octagon, Parramatta
Avenor undertook development assessment and strategic advisory activities for the prospective development an 80,000sqm office tower, including the consideration of alternate uses.

Portfolio Development Assessment, ALE/ALH
ALE and ALH collectively appointed Avenor to assist with the assessment of the development potential of a portfolio of assets throughout Australia. They drew on Avenor’s multidisciplinary expertise to determine potential asset strategies and precinct plans, including feasibility and highest and best use studies.

Transgrid Site Assessments, Sydney
Transgrid engaged Avenor to undertake a comprehensive assessment of the development potential of a complex property holdings, including highest and best use assessment, transaction structuring, stratum planning, statutory planning strategy and feasibility assessments.

Soper Place, Penrith
Penrith City Council appointed Avenor to assess the development and procurement strategy for its Soper Place commercial office and car park development.

NSW Regional Rail
John Holland and Knight Frank appointed Avenor to assess the development potential of Transport for NSW regional train station assets. They drew on Avenor’s multi-disciplinary development expertise to identify the potential to unlock value of their assets.
