Atlassian Headquarters, Tech Central Precinct
Completion date: Target 2024
Australia’s largest tech company, Atlassian, will anchor a 40-storey skyscraper above a new technology hub at Sydney’s Central Station. Avenor has been the Development Advisor and Manager on the Atlassian project and Sydney Innovation and Technology Precinct since 2016. The 3,768sqm site is located at 8-10 Lee Street, Sydney, forming part of the Western Gateway Precinct. The heritage listed Inwards Parcels Shed will be restored as part of the development. The tower will include approximately 70,000sqm of gross floor area including a YHA accommodation facility of approximately 500 beds, and over 50,000sqm of NLA for Atlassian, as well as a major publicly accessible pedestrian link. Construction is expected to commence in 2021, with completion by 2025.

East Walker Street, North Sydney
East Walker Street is a residential tower in North Sydney on a prominent site 200 metres from Victoria Cross Metro Station. In February 2020, the Sydney North Planning Panel approved a Planning Proposal for approximately 280 apartments, which is now pending Gateway Determination. Concept designs by SJB Architects and Aspect Studios envisage the best in contemporary apartment living showcasing panoramic views of Sydney Harbour and the Sydney Opera House. The project is being delivered in partnership with Oxley Holdings Limited (Singapore).

Connex, Mascot
Completion date: Target 2023
Connex is a future 17,000sqm, A-grade commercial development located in the Mascot town centre, close to Sydney Airport. Currently taking expressions of interest, the well-located development will feature large floorplates, rooftop gardens and a ground floor fresh food market.

131 Henry Street, Penrith
Avenor is proud to provide Penrith City Council with development advisory and management services, to create an innovative, inclusive, flexible and landscape infused A-Grade commercial office development. The 131 Henry Street development will provide enhanced public and office amenities within the expanding Penrith CBD.

The Cambrian, Oxford Street, Paddington
Completion date: Target 2023
The vision is to revitalise the 1880’s heritage buildings and retail shopfronts at 432 to 440 Oxford St, and create bespoke apartments to the rear, nestled around a publicly accessible garden/landscaped outdoor area. We continue to provide Development Advisory and full Project Management Services to the Client, for all phases of the project.

Herston Quarter
Development value: ~ $1 billion
Completion date: 2020

The project includes the urban renewal of the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital, including the development of a new 132-bed public rehabilitation and ambulatory care centre, a new private hospital, student accommodation, aged-care and retirement living, childcare, retail, car park and adaptive re-use of heritage assets.
