In the pursuit of value.

A real estate business with a sharp focus on finding development & investment opportunities.

Our
Story

Avenor: Pursuing value others overlook.

Avenor Group is a diversified property investment and development business with expertise in the initiation and delivery of residential, industrial, health, commercial, and major mixed-use precincts. We invest in, develop and manage real estate assets and projects with, or on behalf of, investors, landowners, tenants and government.

We make a difference at the pivotal first moment of any successful real estate transaction; adding value others don’t see. Experts in data-driven origination, we apply market intelligence to source and create opportunities. We then structure and execute the strategy that brings it to life.

We’re known for creating value throughout a project lifecycle – optimising projects for the objectives of our clients and customers.

Avenor

An industry
force

Since the company’s inception in 2015, Avenor has been the industry force behind many landmark commercial, residential and mixed-use developments in Sydney and along Australia’s eastern seaboard.

Having built an impressive workbook in less than a decade, we see unique opportunities in Australia’s real estate market today. And we have the capacity and expertise to secure high-performing real estate investments for our longstanding clients and partners – with attractive returns for our investors.

Giving back to
our communities

Avenor
Wipeout Dementia has raised in excess of $2 million for research into dementia and is Avenor's flagship philanthropic cause.

Dementia is one of our biggest global health challenges, affecting 55 million people. That number is projected to increase to 150 million by 2050. We are committed to helping fight this terrible disease, so we sponsor the UNSW Centre for Healthy Brain Ageing’s (CHeBA) yearly Wipeout Dementia event.

There is currently no cure for dementia. But the answer lies in research. Wipeout Dementia supports The Dementia Momentum, which brings researchers and the community together to change the future of dementia incidence. Teams of all ages and surfing ability undergo rigorous surf training, culminating in a Surf Off to promote the relationship between physical activity and brain health.

Avenor’s team captain, Executive Director Peter Clemesha, believes the fundraiser is a great testament to the group’s passion for supporting this worthwhile cause.

“I’m immensely proud of not just our team, but all participants who come together on competition day,” he says.
