In 2024, AIP acquired its first seed asset in its pipeline of industrial investment.
60-68 Box Road, Taren Point was strategically acquired to participate in market rent reversions and provide quality space to industrial and logistics businesses in South Sydney.
This asset is the first in a target portfolio of logistics assets being assembled.

In 2023-2024, Avenor secured its first purpose built student accommodation site near University of NSW in Sydney. Construction commencement is targeted for 2026.
Avenor has secured its second major residential development site in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, and through this project will be participating in solving Sydney’s housing crisis.
