The Cambrian, By Robby Ingham. Construction at The Cambrian, located on Oxford Street Paddington is progressing exceptionally well. The development blends heritage charm with modern luxury, featuring the meticulous restoration of five historic retail shopfronts with five apartments above, alongside two commercial tenancies on ground level and ten boutique residences positioned at the rear.
We’re pleased to report a significant milestone: the basement, ground-floor and first-floor slabs have been successfully poured, and precast panels have been installed to the rear block up to level two. The project team is now preparing for the final second-floor slab, scheduled for January 2026.
Meanwhile, the heritage component is advancing beautifully. The new roof installation is complete, and work on the internal apartment floors on the upper level is well underway. Every detail is meticulously designed and executed to the highest standard, ensuring this next phase flows seamlessly in 2026.
