We are pleased to report that the gateway exhibition period for our East Walker Street residential project in North Sydney has now finalised, and it is now on the runway towards gazettal.
The 30-storey residential project will include a new revitalised streetscape, enhance the leafy village feel and character of the area and connect the neighbourhood back to the CBD.
The building will feature views of Sydney Harbour as well as benefit from northern sun. Located just 200 metres from the Victoria Cross Metro Station, it will sit comfortably within the existing North Sydney skyline.
